Warranty Service Request

If you need warranty service and or have a failing solar system under a CM Solar Electric contract please fill out this form and our service department will reach out for assistance and provide you with details.

Service warranty process.

– Once your form is submitted we will check your system online (if system is online) to verify if there is any errors.

– if errors are found we will reach out to the manufacture of your equipment to see if we can remotely solve the issue.

– If the manufacture needs us to come out and do a site visit for diagnostic we will reach out to you and schedule the appointment to service your system.

– Once this is completed we should have full information to receive and RMA(return merchandise agreement) and get the new part ordered.

-once we receive the part we will reach out to set up an appointment to come out and replace the defective part.

All this should take about 1 to 5 weeks depending on the timeframes from manufacture shipping the new part. You can always call us to find out where your part is and we can give you tracking informatin.
