I shopped around a lot before buying our panels, and Carlos was one of the best I spoke with as far as explaining everything to me and taking a lot of his time to answer my questions. He backed up that experience with a great price for quality work. During our installation, we had an unexpected delay and needed a second inspection. Carlos and his team handled everything and were prompt, friendly, and a full-service shop. They got us all sorted out quickly and with little to no hassle on my end. Very happy with CM Solar, would certainly recommend.

We were immensely impressed by the friendly professionalism of Carlos and his colleagues. We chose Sunpower because of the quality of the product despite the expense but were immensely pleased to be dealing with the contractor himself. The installation went well, the explanations very clear. We had a glitch with one of the inverters, and CMSolar came through as did Sunpower.

Carlos is very friendly, professional, informative and honest. He went through the design, cost, and answered all the questions very clear. When I asked for installing the additional backup battery, Carlos recommended in my situation it wasn’t really necessary or cost effective. I appreciate his honesty. In compare with other solar providers, I found the cost from CM Solar Electric (used and back by SunPower) is very reasonable. Carlos is the man of word. After I have signed the contract with CM Solar Electric, the installation process happened very smoothly and exactly as he told me at the beginning. Talking about the installation, the execution team was incredible. The team treated the installation on my house as their own. They do it with care and very professional. Carlos show his caring for the customer. On the installation day, he also stopped by to check the process, and continue to text me if I have any question and concern. The installation team finished on time, they even painted the conduit on the flat roof to match the color. The conduits, monitor controls and shut offs were vey organized outside garage wall. It looks very neat and professional. Bobby also helps to get the city approval for the system after installed. He came early to prepare thing needed and also made sure not to miss the schedule with the city approver. Everything goes smoothly from the beginning to the end. I am so happy that I have chosen CM Solar Electric taking care of my home solar installation. If anyone has Solar installation demand at home, I would recommend to connect with the CM Solar Electric, and reach out to Carlos.

The people that worked on our house were very friendly and approachable. They will stop whatever they are doing and explain the answer to any of our question. They worked cautiously and very detailed. They don't rush things up and you can see quality in their work, the attention to details. Brandon the person in charge of the install has a ton of knowledge and experience. I have learned a lot from him. He ensures every one work flawlessly and in check. Carlos the owner of CM Solar and the person that did the presentation and the contract will explain everything in detail. He can also give you a great deal because he does not work for commission therefore you can save and work the total cost with him at ease. He is a very nice and understanding person to deal with. I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDING them to anyone. Please try to hear their free presentation, you have nothing to loose but instead you will gain and learn.

CM Solar installed my solar panels over four years ago and I have had an amazing experience. My electric bill has gone down to $200 a year! Everything has run so smoothly. I needed to move six of the panels for roof repair and CM Solar was the so responsive and helpful. They moved and replaced the panels and got my solar panels up and running.
I would recommend adding Solar to your home and CM Solar will do a terrific job.

From start to finish, CM Solar was a pleasure to work with. My first contact with CM Solar was Jorge. Such a pleasant, patient, professional informative "sales man". I put "sales man" in quotes because, unlike many other solar companies I dealt with, he didn't try to sell me anything. He informed me. It was pleasant, educational, and easy.
Next up was Martin and his team. We had a new roof installed prior to solar installation. This is one of the hardest working teams I have ever seen. There were days when they worked from 8 in the morning until 7 at night with only a brief break for lunch. Martin is also a very caring and thorough individual, proven by the fact that he fixed items that were not within the scope of work, just so he could help us out. He cares about the work that he does and it is truly visible.
And lastly was Brandon and Bobby. Brandon and Bobby were responsible for design and installation. They both did an amazing job. The panels, wires, pipes, inverter, etc. all look clean, tidy, and don't take away from the look of our house at all. They made sure everything was up and running just as promised.
And I can't forget to mention Su. Su worked in the office at CM Solar. She was quick to contact me as soon as my contract was signed...and she was quick to respond to any questions I had.
I spent 2 months researching solar companies before I selected CM Solar. I honestly don't have a single complaint or issue. Couldn't come up with one even if I really, really tried. They were professional, pleasant, efficient, and delivered a better than expected product and service while beating my timeline at a price that was better than all of the other companies I considered.
