“Carlos is very friendly, professional, informative and honest. He went through the design, cost, and answered all of our questions very clearly. When I asked about installing an additional backup battery (SunVault Battery Storage), Carlos recommended that in my situation it wasn’t really necessary or cost effective. I appreciated his honesty. In comparison to other solar providers, I found the cost from CM Solar Electric (used and back by SunPower) as very reasonable. Carlos is a man of his word. After I signed the contract with CM Solar Electric, the installation process happened very smoothly and exactly as he told me at the beginning.
Regarding the installation, the execution team was incredible! The team treated the installation on my house as their own. They did it with care and were very professional. Carlos showed us how much he cares for their customers. On the installation day, he also stopped by to check the progress, and continue to text me if I had any questions and concerns.
The installation team finished on time. They even painted the conduit on the flat roof to match the color. The conduits, monitor controls and shut offs were very organized outside of the garage wall. It looks very neat and professional.
Bobby also helped to get the City approval for the system after installation. He came early to prepare things needed and also made sure not to miss the schedule with the City approver. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end.
